The Latin America has a lot of problems.
South America has a lot of problems.
But what it doesn't have historically in Venezuela is the one exception vis-a-vis Colombia.
What it doesn't have.
is these massive refugee crises that we saw in the Syrian case and the Libyan case.
And so I think the way to think about Maduro is as maybe a Latino Gaddafi.
