I think the magic number is if you're going to miss the sunrise, you want about 30 minutes outside before around 10 AM.
That's going to go a long way just to getting your clock synced up.
Then at nighttime,
Some goes down.
I, I want you guys to, you know, go have fun and live your lives and stuff.
But like, you're not out having fun every night.
Like when you're at home and just chilling, just put your blue glasses on, you know, to look cool for your roommates, your wife or whatever, your kids.
I don't know.
Like they can let them make fun of you with your dorky glasses on.
And, um,
Go to bed early.
I've heard about it.
And my friends tease me about it because they think I'm the kind of person that would do that.
Never tried it.
But there is evidence that if you get sun on your boys, that your testosterone will go up.
Okay.
Yeah, that's good enough for me.
I think it would probably be the substation and then like just all the frequencies within the field because of all the fans and everything.
