You know, that's a long story, but basically I spent a large portion of my life very unwell and just hitting the wall over and over again.

Just my whole life falling apart from illness, marriage falling apart, everything you can have happen.

And I finally figured out what was going on when I learned about this circadian phenomenon.

rhythm stuff and it was such a radical transformation that i all of a sudden had all this energy to like pour all my energy into this stuff so i can learn everything about it and help other people and i've been doing that sorry go ahead yeah no no keep going you've been doing it for how long

I've been doing it for about six years, but two years ago I left my, I was working in tech and I left my job and I dedicated all my time.

I've been in a hole for two years.

I didn't watch a single football game until a month ago.

Yeah, I think it's really simple stuff, and it's all free.

So basically, you want to do your best to protect yourself from artificial light before the sun rises and after the sun goes down, but especially before it rises, because that's the signal that sets your clock for the day.

So if you're going to get those blue blockers and you wake up before the sun is up, put them on.

Then right when the sun comes up, go outside, take them off and stand outside for three minutes.

If you can't get outside, open your window and look outside.

Make sure it's open though.

If you can't do that, then just go outside as soon as you can, as early as you can.
