So think more of those industrial type assets.

benefit from the trend towards online shopping, you start to get question marks about data centres.
Is that a property or infrastructure asset?
It probably doesn't really matter, but there's obviously a big thematic that can come in there.
So we think that's a really interesting space and potentially at a favourable point in the valuation cycle.
I think emerging markets are interesting.
really good diversifier for the portfolios, particularly against developed markets, definitely had more attractive valuations.
and generally leveraged a bit of a growth thematic.
