Yeah, definitely.

And I guess the experience I've had now, so because my husband and I don't have to work, so he's in his second mini retirement since we've had kids.

I haven't had a mini, and I'll just also clarify, having a mini retirement when you're at home with a small baby, that's not a mini retirement.

That is work, just so you know.

I don't count that as a mini retirement.

But once they become a bit more independent, so sort of that three plus, it can be a really nice time.

My husband's had two breaks at home.

So he had the whole year of 2017 off at home.

And then he's now into month 15 of his second mini-retirement because our son is at kindy, so he's still doing the two days one week, three days the next, so he's got a lot of home time.

And so Adam has absolutely adored being able to be home with the children.

He loves it.

He really enjoys it.

And having had that flexibility where he can take that time off if he wants to has been wonderful, you know, and it means that we haven't had as well to do the childcare costs.

That's helped.

being able to have even just the one partner who can do all the pickups.

And we both get to go to all the concerts and all the fun stuff.

So you don't feel like you're missing out on as much, you know, like you feel like you get a bit more value out of it.

So I think, you know, even if you get to the point where it means one parent can take time off or you can both work part time, then surely that that's going to relieve the load a little bit.

So you can enjoy this period when they're young and they still like you, which is my focus right now.
