Understanding, you know, self-awareness, if you don't have any of that, I mean, that's a long, arduous process if you haven't been taught how to do that.
So, um, that's what was happening.
I was getting, I was going on tours as a young 20 something year old with a baby.
And I was being chucked into these environments that probably I just wasn't ready for emotionally.
And I was having to come home and deal with it, you know, and that gave me anxiety.

Trauma is like a bad word now.
I don't know.
Yeah, right.
I was really lucky to meet my partner really early on.
He's so calm.
He's one of these people that comes from a Christian background and he comes from a very normal loving family aside from the fact that, yeah.
They're kind of in a religious, sort of very strict religious, almost cultish religion.
Outside of that, they're very loving, caring and, you know, didn't experience sort of all the different violence things, domestic violence, abuses that happened in a home.
They didn't really experience that.
