And in crisis, he's very calm, collected, and understands how to go from problem into fix mode very calmly.
While somewhere in there, I had to have like a ragey moment.
You know, I couldn't go from one to the other sort of seamlessly.

He had so much generosity and patience with time that he just, through role modeling more than anything, he didn't mentor me, didn't sit me down and say, hey, you know, how you're acting is kind of crazy.
