But I reckon like as you say, like play is a muscle and you've got to practice and exercise it.

The more you do it, the more it becomes feels good.

Because and an unlearning. 'Cause I grew up in a time where w there wasn't fun.
And I was bored a lot and I used to daydream and I used to make up things in my head and
I know what that feels like.
I mean, my kids' generation doesn't because they've had technology and all that kind of stuff.
And I think
it is something that I keep working on as I get older of the slowness and also them just being still and watching a sunset and just, you know, it it it is, it feels like a big unlearning.
And and I wonder too, as the world keeps getting a bit faster and the impact of AI and that kind of stuff.
