And it also makes me think about how –
Like as nothing's wasted, you have to go through all the shit things to learn that.
And I often think about what if we taught that?
I mean, that's one of the things I'm really passionate about, right?
And something I've taught my girls and I know, you know, you will have talked to Molly about is that tuning into what is a yes and a no for you.
If it's not a, you know, if it's a maybe it's a no until it's a full yes.
And.
You know, I was never taught that as a kid and even up until probably it was about until I was about 40 that I finally started to go, actually, where is that sitting for me?
And I think about these young women particularly because we're so conditioned and we're so good at pleasing everybody else to really have that yes, strong yes and no within.
Like what a superpower that is.
Yeah.
Like, think about that even, I mean, that sentence I used to teach when I was teaching sex education, because God, that would have been helpful when I was a teenager.
Could you imagine all the bad, awkward situations you wouldn't have got into if we had have had that there?
But it wasn't even, it didn't even register.
Yeah.
And I think it is one of the most powerful things that we can teach young people, particularly girls, to just to really listen and tune into their bodies within that.
Like, it's amazing.
It's about standing in our power, isn't it?
It's about knowing that we can actually claim and take up this space and that we can say what we want.
I mean, I love that about you so much.
