What has navigating that taught you?
Yeah.
I relate in my own way to what you're saying, not from a chronic illness, but from having navigated PTSD, that whole feeling of being in so much pain emotionally from a trauma where you you're like, I don't want to live through this, this is too much.
Like it just feels and you know, all the story all the things that go with that.
And I don't know, hearing lots of people's stories over the years.

Like I often used to say about when I had PTSD, I would never wish it upon anyone.
I would never want anyone to There's easier ways to learn life than this.
But I would not change a single part of it because it did.
It shaped me.
It opened up a whole other world where I see is exactly where I need it to be.
But there's the part in between where it's just shit.
It's just so bad.
And yet there's something that happens where it moves to wisdom.
You phrase that so beautifully because you are right.
It's it's not just, oh, okay, that's the gift and I'll move on and we go back to the old way of being and the unconsciousness.
