It's work for a lot of people.
I really do respect that and honour that.
For a lot of people, it's hard stuff.
And when you haven't grown up with it, when you've got that strong good boy, good girl story, it's a lot to – it's not a lot.
It's just there's layers to work through to find and claim your space in it.
Or you just wait.
to go through menopause and then it'll do it for you.
Yeah, and it just, I feel like it's a reclaiming of yourself, this phase of your life.
It's like, you know, you go through the, um, I heard so beautifully about when you have hot flushes, this woman I did some work with was like, it's the burning of the dross, that's what she would say.
Like, I love that!
It's like burning of the old shit away, that no longer serves you, you go through the reckoning, who am I, where am I, all the different stuff, to then it's like you find this place where you're like, I am here.
And I feel that too.
I feel like I'm more here than I've ever been in my life.
And now is the time.
I'm like, what are we waiting for?
It's like a clarity, isn't it?
It's something, it's really powerful.
And it's a force.
And like, I think if the world should be afraid of anyone, it should be like 50-year-old women.
