I was a very good girl and I wanted to shift that so that you guys could be free to be who you needed to be.
We wanted you to know that all your feelings were welcome.
You were allowed to be angry.
You were allowed to be sad.
You're not allowed to take that out on anyone, but we wanted to help you be able to feel it and process it.
I mean, I don't know if you remember Tal's, but when you were little, like, no, but you were like so connected to how you feel.
Like as a four or five year old, you'd walk into the room and go, I'm angry.
Like I need to punch something.
And I'd be like, okay, let's get the anger out.
Do you remember doing that?
Like you were so connected with just being able to express how you felt.
Like you'd come in and go, I really need to have a cry.
Yeah.
But, I mean, you guys still do that now.
Like, you know, you will come and go, I really need a cuddle.
I need to have a cry.
You know, and I think that's what I love and what I witness in all three of you is your connection to your feelings and your centre of being able to tune into what is there for you.
And I think it wasn't just necessarily that it was safe to feel, you encouraged that because I think the thing that you implemented really young was
if you are feeling something you have to feel it and it is there for a reason so get it out and you know I remember being younger and just you know cry let it out and because I knew that I would feel better after that and even now like I think it's an amazing lesson for when we both have big feelings to know not to try and shove that away and not to push it somewhere else it is there for a reason so you've got to feel it.
Yeah.
