I I'd love to kind of open up a bit because you have shared in, you know, your stories about your um navigating chronic illness and how that's been and and again you write about it so beautifully in your book.
I don't know if you can say beautiful in chronic illness, but how you
you know, how you share about what that journey was like for you, particularly when it was really, really intense.
What has navigating that taught you?
Yeah.
I relate in my own way to what you're saying, not from a chronic illness, but from having navigated PTSD, that whole feeling of being in so much pain emotionally from a trauma where you you're like, I don't want to live through this, this is too much.
Like it just feels and you know, all the story all the things that go with that.
And I don't know, hearing lots of people's stories over the years.
years and and working through my own journey, I feel like there is a tipping point where it turns from that pain into the wisdom of

And for you, you know, what when you look back on it, what do you see moved it from that, This sucks, this is not fair, why me?

Whoa, this is a gift.
Like I often used to say about when I had PTSD, I would never wish it upon anyone.
I would never want anyone to There's easier ways to learn life than this.
But I would not change a single part of it because it did.
It shaped me.
It opened up a whole other world where I see is exactly where I need it to be.
But there's the part in between where it's just shit.
It's just so bad.
