I think there's a certain level of standards and expectations that are here.

I mean, we have people from all different walks of life working in the building and players from all different walks of life.

So the first thing is...

You know, everybody comes with their own personal experiences.

But one is we've got to all be professional.

I think there's got to be a high level of respect for one another.

And we've got to help each other, you know, and then be accountable to those standards.

So I think that, you know, from ownership, you know, Jerry and Michael down to Arturus and Mark in the front office and me as a coach, you know, I think, and even to the players, you know, there's a certain standard that we want to all live by, you know, and we're all responsible to that standard.
