All my reports have gotten back is that he showed up for his workouts.
He's done his work.
He's been there.
Every time we've been back in Chicago, he's been at shoot-arounds.
He's been there.
He's done his work after shoot-arounds are over with.
He's tried to get himself healthy.
I think the reports I gave back to you guys when we were on the road was he was making progress, his leg was getting stronger, all those kind of things.
I can't sit there and say that I followed closely all the social media stuff.
Obviously, Beth gave me an update as it kind of unfolded here the last couple days.
But it's hard for me.
I do think this, and I'm not saying this, I don't know, I'm not a doctor, but I would say that
Mental health is a real issue, and I'm not saying there aren't any mental health issues, but I do know this from my standpoint as a coach, I think there's a lot these guys, you know, have.
So, you know, whether, all of them, I try to help them as much as I can to put people in front of them that can maybe help them, you know, with whatever they're dealing with mentally.
Because here's the thing, if you're not in a great place mentally, it's hard to perform well.
Like, that's really the thing, and I think in today's, you know, even,
player, it's they know how to eat, they know how to train, they know how to get in the cold tank, massage therapy, all the stuff, individual instruction on the court.
But how do we help them mentally, right?
And I'm not saying any of them, but I think you have to in today's day and age be conscientious of
All these guys may be going through things.
