yeah i was going to say that i support commissioner davis's efforts here it should be the one in 300 this is the state law aligns with it and with miami-dade this is actually a no-brainer

And it helps so many more people.

I don't want to amplify or honor what's already been said, but I'm going to support her as it exists today.

I think the liability is so far out there that I just couldn't

small business, the intention is good, but again, I just don't think we need to be in the private sector industry.

We're a government, I think we got a lot to do.

What we're doing now, trying to even get plans for our own employees.

But to get in the private sector, I just can't go there.

but I think right at the beginning when you talk about the Broward County's gonna negotiate the plan.

I mean, to me, that is where your liability comes in place.

Why are we gonna get into negotiating with XYZ company

somebody's going to come back and say, well, you didn't negotiate a better deal for me.

I could have gotten a better deal here.
