You have to be really intelligent to work for the World Bank.

I thought, you know, whatever.

But that's an important lesson because a lot of people can get

d um, you know, discouraged from that statement from someone of authority telling them they're not good enough.

But I just I kind of ignored it.

So yes, my path took a bit longer because then I went to work in the UK government.

I did not enter at a very high professional level.

I be I'll be honest with you.

I entered at the a fairly junior level.

But because of my education, it was very quick for me to understand things quicker and I got promoted a couple of times.

So the first

thing is that no matter what people of authority tell you that you can't do, that's that's their judgment on you.

It's not uh a judgment on yourself.

It's how you respond to that.

If you want to prove them wrong or say, no, this is what the path I would choose, first thing, go ahead and choose that path.

The second thing as well, I think, you know, in terms of, you know, how did I move from the UK government to work in the UN?

So back then in the UK government we had
