And when I applied to work in the UN, my grade was actually it was two times above my grade in the in the British government.

And I remember my boss saying, She had to write a reference for me.

She goes,

I'm not sure if I'm comfortable writing a reference for you because this grade is like two grades above what you're doing in the moment.

Are you sure you can do the job?

I said, it should be okay.

She wrote she wrote a reference for me.

And, you know, of course, praise God, I got the job anyway.

So I think the two things, don't let anybody don't let anybody tell you you're not good enough.

Try your best, number one.

And the second thing as well is that.

Just believe in yourself and try.

I always say you can never win the race if you don't start the race.

You gotta start somewhere.

Um you never know what does open for you.

And praise God, everything opened up for me that way.

So, you know, if I had said if I listened to my lecture and said, Oh, I'm not good enough, I'm just gonna get some kind of job working, whatever

And the second note, if I didn't apply for two grades above in the UN, and then obviously I would not have gone to the UN, I would not have gone to the IE and I'm we'll probably not be having this conversation today, right?
