And also with humility, at the end of the day, everyone is a human.
People like to learn for people who are kind to them, who are humble towards them, leading them by example.
I'm not sure I'm not saying you have to know everything, but at least get the recognition.
From the people that you're leading, that you respect them and you can promote them.
And that goes to the other part of you need to build good leaders.
Every leader should be building the next set of leaders.
You're not gonna last forever.
It's impossible.
So some of the bad examples that I saw in Africa was this misconception of knowledge is power, which actually really irks me.
We had a country, I don't want to name them here, where the guy was very well trained and said, okay, we need to we're gonna design a product basically
We're gonna give you money to train the next set of leaders and it refused.
Of course, the guy retired.
What happened?
That country went from where they could treat cancer patients to when the guy retired, they couldn't treat cancer patients for the next five to six years.
Because it trained, it takes four years to train a train a doctor.
The guy was just thinking, oh, it's me, me, me.
It's not about you, you, it's about the community.
So I think one of the things that I learned is that being a little bit more
More thinking more about your community.
And the sad thing is that if you look at African history, African history was always very community-based.
