So output is a report.

You know, but let me give you an example.

We produced a report to help Nigeria understand its energy power supply.

But that's that's not an impact.

Output is just something that's something that's tangible.

Impact when you move beyond output, you're looking at something that is not tangible anymore.

It's something that's affecting people's behaviors.

So what we what happened when I was working in the UN back then, we adopted something called resource-based management.

So resource-based management is where you create a set of tools to create impact and measure impact and also how you plan it.

Basically, we use something called the logical framework matrix.

So basically very summary.

Look at the inputs that you you need to create activities.

Activities are training, create an output.

But after an output, there's two things above that: outcomes and lasting impact.

So let me give you a very short example.

You know, the Zambia Cancer Hospital, for example, that was my first big product when I joined the IAEA.

So how would we use results-based management for that?

So the first problem is that Zambia said,

We have seen that cancers begin to kill a lot of our people in our country, but we don't have a cancer center.

So basically if anybody had cancer in Zambia, they basically died, or unless they were rich enough to go to another country and get treatment.
