So it's like, okay, if this is a problem, how do you want to address this?
This is affecting your population.
So if you want a healthier population, which is at the higher level, which is you're creating impact, how do you break that down from planning a project?
So the first thing is that you need to have
inputs.
So the inputs are basically doctors.
You send them for training.
When they come back for training, the activity is they actually start training start treating patients.
The output is that they say, Okay, we now are treating, for example, in the Zambia example is a real life example, we're now treating 1,500 patients a year.
Before the Cancer Center, 1,500 patients a year or more basically died.
That's it.
And you know, in the Africa setup, if a woman gets cancer, it affects not just her, but basically her children in the village.
It's a it's it's a poverty problem.
So if you treat at least 1,500 people, that's an output.
We haven't created impact yet.
But if you give those people, if you treat them, they had no hope of treatment treatment before, you've now given people better lives that they can go into the community, they can be there for their children, they can be there for the community.
And then they're feeding to that community.
You're creating an outcome of a healthier village, a healthier city, a healthier country.
So that people know that if I have cancer, I know.
