So you're moving towards impact.
You're having a healthier population.
But we don't stop there because how do you address the gap of, for example, people retiring or people leaving to go to another country to be a doctor?
The idea is you need to build in systems.
We talked about systems, build in a system that's sustainable.
One role-level example is.
We created in-house training programs in Zambia so they can train a critical mass of people so that there will always be a critical mass of experts and professionals that can treat cancer for the next 10, 20, 30, 40 years.
So that's, you know, just one example of, you know, how you can look at the concept of impact and building systems.
That's a very good question.
In fact, this is, I'm not gonna lie to you.
This is something that has always caused a lot of tension, definitely in government government environments, because government environments are always looking at reporting on quantitative, not qualitative.
So go back to the cancer issue in terms of how do we measure impact?
How do you measure if someone has a higher quality of life?
For example, you know, if you look at, you know, chronic diseases, if someone can live to like 60 or 70%.
But if they're constantly in the hospital every week, yes, you can say most of our population, our life expectancy has moved from 60 to 80.
But what's the quality of that 60 to 80 extra 20 years?
Was it people spending more time in the hospital?
Was that more stress on the roads?
Was that more traffic, more traffic accidents, more stress in the hospital?
So the qualitative is like if we have
