They're going to get pushed.

but do they not seem like one of the better teams?

Because they're in it together.

They've all bought in knowing that, yeah, we're going to have some uncomfortable times through the year where I might be getting pushed more than I would like to, and I'd just like to be able to go about my day.

But I know that when I'm on top of my game and my line mate or the next guy down struggling, they're going to get held to that same standard.

Like, I want that.

I want my guys to be as focused as possible, knowing that we've been close for a bunch of years, but we haven't got through.

Like, we need to keep pushing.

I love when a team knows their identity to the level that they do.

And Vegas is the same with how they're playing right now.

The amusing part to me is, like, all the heat that Vegas is taking for this again, I don't have a problem with it.

Yeah.

He has a contract.

He's getting paid.

Do I think it's right that they can hold him and not be able to let him go coach where he wants?

I don't think it's right, but it's legal.

That's how the system works.

If I'm in their system, if I'm a scout for Vegas, I'd love it.

Why would I let our really good coach go coach a team that's hoping to beat us?

I'm not letting that happen, but I do think it's something that now that it's popped up like this, it needs to be looked at and changed.
