You need your third and fourth lines to be producing and helping out and being able to jump up.
It's so different now how teams and players are and how teams are coached, especially when it gets to later in a game and overtime.
think about like his nicest goal or the one that's been talked about the most was him like jumping backwards kind of to hit a like slap a backhander right like everything else is power and using his size I was saying earlier on a on a different show like my poor wife had to sit here for about five minutes last game as I talked about just how crazy how big he is and you know she's asking like well how big and I'm like no it's
six, four to 20 or whatever he's listed.
Like it's not eye popping numbers, but I mean, everyone knows it, right?
Like they all know someone that just seems way bigger than they are.
Like he's a tank out there.
You can't, you can't get body position on them.
It's just too hard.
You're never going to win that battle.
You have to try and use your quickness and reading the play to try and get a jump on them.
Because if it gets up or gets into your feet,
and you're side-by-side next to him, he's going to launch you.
He's going to win that battle.
So it's been amazing to watch how he's just done his thing in Carolina, just been so consistent and really a force in the league.
But again, because he's down in Carolina and doesn't do much flashy, he doesn't get talked about a bunch.
That's actually pretty good.
