Well, I have been accused by the NPR music team and the world at large of having Lars bands.
I don't really know what that means, because
am a man of many tastes.
I am known to love Carly Rae Jepsen and thou in equal measure.
Absolutely.
However, if there is ever an extremely large band, it's crowdless.
The New York band works at the edges of metal and the avant-garde, and their new album is called Scour Order.
It's their 16th album in 19 years.
And it forwards their mission to make music the likes of which have never been heard.
Phrenetic riff counterpoint, impossible drum patterns, all manners of growling and screaming.
But with this album, I actually found myself quite emotional at times listening to it.
It's not a new sensation with this band.
It's just never felt this powerful and wondrous before.
I really love it.
That's the album Scour Order by Kralis.
