I so I love Neil Young and in fact I'm probably going to share someone covering a Neil Young song at some point during this episode.

All right.

Because I do generally think he's like one of our greatest songwriters, but a great song means that you give that song to the world, right?

So and and in this case with trio, what's so magical about those two records in particular is that Dolly, Linda, and Emmy Lou all have such distinct voices, but they know how to sing together.

And so they are finding harmony.

Yeah.

in that song that didn't exist before and you can peek each one of their voices out, but it also comes together in a nice, like beautiful strand.

It comes together in this like this braid of harmonies that otherwise did not exist in this uh stunning song.

I don't know that I think it's better, and that's okay.

I love listening to this version of this song.

Uh in fact after Dolly died, uh there is a live performance

clip that went around of them performing this song and we're like, well, well damn, that's really great.
