It's a little more suburban parts of LA.
And so it's a little quieter.
And so the cops, they know Alfie.
They know my son at this point and they love him and they understand that he's autistic.
And this is, you know, they're just like, they just adore him, but they know him.
girl you said he got diagnosed at two just under two yeah what was just under two okay so what was it that you were like that led to that diagnosis yeah he wasn't um pointing and clapping that was that's an indicator he had a like a few words that he would say he would say mommy daddy monkey doggy and milk those were like the five words that he was saying um and he sort of just stopped saying those words you know
you could call it a regression maybe, where he just like lost the few words that he had.
Then he started having these meltdowns, stopped looking at me.
When he did look at me, he looked kind of scared and he's just sort of, yeah, those were the indicators for me.
And then when I looked that up, like, why isn't he talking anymore?
He just was talking and now he's not.
Everything led back to autism.
And so then I took him and got him assessed and
I still think that they were harsh.
How can you know that he's, quote unquote, severe and will never speak or be independent and level three at such a young age?
