I have been I attended one of one of the inspections and I just I want to ask you to continue to invite us because I think we all should every once in a while we should go I think it's important for us to see with our own eyes we may not

all go, we may, one go, and you know, just give us that opportunity, because we would like to.

One question I think to our manager, under their committee challenges, the issue of transparency, there is no reporting of consolidated financial information to the regulatory oversight organizations that would allow the audit and review of the transaction that siphon off funds intended for the care

and welfare of nursing home residents.

Is this something that is this, does this fall under us?
