First of all, to the manager, thank you for listening to us, because I know several of us came to you and said, these are costing so much, what are some options?
And I really appreciate you bringing this back to us.
That's a big, you really listened to us.
Second of all, thank you for this, both of you.
I know this was painstaking work.
I can only imagine and I know how much time it took so thank you for doing this.
It really opens my eyes to what we're doing and I know we've got three options but I mean I think the fourth option would be leave as is and continue the way we're going and if it was up to me if I had to make a decision today would be leave as is.
I'm one of the ones who is concerned about
the cost of crcs and so i mean i've my eyes are open um i'm always open to listening to you know better ways of doing things but as it stands right now um it just makes sense to me to leave it as is and go forward um i'm just curious um two questions the tb clinic which crc is it planned for
would be in the east community resource center so that's our third one it's currently about 60 in design right now okay and to me it just seems all these other options there's a lot of leasing going on and a lot of upfitting and um and that just seems unnecessary to do that in other people's buildings and so it seems it's to me in my opinion and i'm going to be really quick here you won't be
dinging me, I would say we move forward with the way we're doing things.
