And I have switched back and forth between pulling and picking.

Usually when I try to manage one, I'm, you know, go go to the other.

I'm sure people can relate to that.

Um, I spent many years, you know, in therapy as well as a teenager and young adult.

Um, tried different medications, tried different strategies.

And you know, I never planned to specialize in BFRBs.
