Do the opposite, you know, the opposite game.

I play this a lot with my couples because um

The opposite game is like what fine, if you don't wanna be a victim anymore.

What's the opposite of that?

What does that look like?

What would it be like if I said, you know, Mona, you're a victim

Yes.

There is like a victim there's no there's no um

There's no solution in that, is there?

All right.

You know, it's just it's just a it's a label and it's a way of choosing how to be.

And so if you want progress and and you know, when a couple comes into therapy and it's the pointing fingers initially fix her, they fix them.
