And he would drive to vineyards in France that were sort of too small, didn't have the sort of, you know, like whatever, the license to like export things.

license whatever so they would be really niche and he would fill up this van with wine so even though he's passed away you know and not been here for a while it's almost like a little bit of a lottery we've been up there staying at their place in well they're in yeah up north somewhere you know and

And they'll decant a lovely bottle of red.

And sometimes it is a potluck.

So you go, oh, and it's like, oh, no, it's no good.

The best wine I've ever drunk in my life is there.

And then we have a little Google and it is hundreds of pounds worth.

You know, because it's been there years.

And it's just a joy that this gift is still given.

And it's phenomenal.

And they know the wine.
