So I did a little bit of salt, pepper, olive oil, and just let it really slow roast with the leaves and stalk and everything.
And then the cumin seeds, the salt, yeah, I said salt and pepper, and cumin, I did cumin powder, a bit of paprika and garlic powder.
not granules like the powder, which you have to keep in an actual plastic jar because that stuff puffs up.
So then that is really good.
And then when I made a really thick roux with extra mature cheddar, and so when it coated that and then the topping and breadcrumbs, it avoids, because cauliflower cheese can just be like a bit plentery almost if you get it.
It can just be a bit disappointing.
That is how you do it.

But just slow to where it's crispy on the top.
