No, I think that you are your own best advocate, certainly learning about your condition, but then also looking at like, how do I really take care of myself top down and bottom up?

And that often looks like saying no to plans, setting boundaries, like really practicing that radical self-compassion, because that is what's going to help you heal whatever attachment issues with primary caregivers are fueling these chronic health conditions.
