You can have a fantastic career, whether or not you're a data scientist, a software engineer, an HR professional, an attorney, a finance person.
You can find your passion.
And if recruiters see your passion, your willingness to grow, backed up with some stories and examples of things that are important to you, and you find the company that meets your purpose, you'll get a shot.
Similar to Michael, Rachel, that the reality is clearly we're a tech company, so we're always making sure that we've got a strong talent pool for our software engineers.
But I'll give you one interesting one that we wouldn't have seen this time last year, the competition for recruiters.
In a growing environment, you can – in a growing –
Post-COVID, we see, obviously, demand growing tremendously, and companies that are fortunate enough to be able to grow are all looking for recruiters to help them grow and to bring on the talent that they need.
Michael, it's not trouble.
It's a job seeker's market, but clearly, it's being able to hire fast enough so we can meet business needs.
It's an interesting question because obviously last year was the year of people were just happy to be employed, if I'm perfectly frank.
So most companies enjoyed fairly low attrition, et cetera.
But as we consider a hybrid workforce now, the great news in a hybrid workforce, it gives us the opportunity to support more employees and broaden our talent aperture because we can actually consider employees who may not have wanted to work at traditional headquarters.
At the same time, we're seeing inflationary rates around the world in terms of what employees are demanding and what we need to pay for fair market value.
So if you asked me a couple of years ago, our philosophy with comp is still the same, competitive total cash and total comp.
But the reality is we are starting to see based on demand and the fact that it is a job seekers and employers market, we are starting to see
much more demand in the market in terms of salaries going up, probably more than we've seen in the past couple of years.
Not probably, it's just factually, yes.
Great question.
And our philosophy hasn't changed in this, meaning that we pay based on local market, what is required in the market.
So that could mean, Rachel, if someone moved from a lower cost market to New York, they would be paid more, perhaps.
