I really went down the whole like...
male validation, breaking the rules, antisocial behaviour, that broke his heart a little bit.

Dan liked control, Dan liked to know his environment very well and I think having no control over us because thankfully we had a very boundary at home and there were rules around how we treated each other but I do think that he did enjoy having a bit of control because he loved us so much but he could only have so much because he wasn't allowed.
I'm laughing now because, again, like, see, this is a grief pod now, but when I'm speaking about Daniel, there's going to be some dark humour.
