Like, you know, I was a kid now and it's so funny how we got on so well because we really did.

We had a great relationship.

Yeah.

We had such a strong relationship.

for like a little girl who, when I was younger, like, you know, I was so sure of myself, I had a very strong sense of justice.

And then you had him who, when we'd have disagreements, I'd have no problem speaking up.

And he, I could just see he silently admired that, you know?

So I knew he struggled with the dysregulation, but- So when you say dysregulation,

Yeah, when I was younger, and we've discussed this as a family, when I was younger, the things I'd remember most, like I said, we weren't allowed to curse at each other, we weren't allowed to hit each other.

Dan would go into his room and he would scream into a pillow and he'd get so, so frustrated.

I remember that from a young age.

Wow.

Yeah, yeah.

But for the most part, like I said, these were his pockets and I don't think it was as severe when he was younger.

I think it got harder the more the demands of life crept up.

So when he was younger, he was so nestled by my mom, so nurtured by her and minded.

And I think it was when responsibility came later in life that it got a lot more difficult to manage.

It was like, I think the big one, the first was the leave insert and like going into the workforce and having questions about himself and

being dyslexic and questioning his competency.
