But the most effective is DBT therapy or some kind of specific form of psychotherapy for borderline personality disorder.

living in and out of home he is a parent he has his own life and we have ours you know so we don't have every single kind of time that it got difficult I think his partners would know more about that but um yeah like definitely especially in and around the time that he passed in that year build up there was a good stretch of him feeling seeming like he was doing really really well
Yeah, really well, actually, you know, he was engaging in like self-help books and he was he was still in therapy.
He was in and out of therapy.
And yeah, he was he was really he was really trying, you know.
I was never worried about suicide or time.
Yeah.
No.
No, I'll be honest.
There were times I was, but in that period, in that stretch, no, I wasn't.
I thought he was the most open he'd ever been.
He was exercising, which is really, really helpful for BPD as well.
He was trying his best to work things out with his family, his own family.
I think it was a really good period for him.
And I think everyone said the same.
