Or like me and my mom had called up to see him the week before he passed away into where he was living at the time.
And when I left, he was giving me this big hug and he gave bear hugs.
Anyone who's had a hug often will know his bear hug.
And he was just giving me, I actually nearly walked past him.

And sometimes I think about like, was that a goodbye hug?
But really anyone who spent like the 24 hours before he passed with him would say he was in very high spirits.
That wasn't it.
And with BPD, the impulsivity doesn't help.
They can make decisions that are really, really impulsive.
Also his, when we had his inquest later on,
his blood alcohol levels were really really high and we know that that can increase um someone's risk of suicide and then you have someone who already has a mental health condition um and then he had like his own that he won't get into but his own kind of falling out that night and i think that just just brought up all of the things that he didn't like about himself i think do you know
yeah yeah so for you i suppose you sense it was quite impulsive definitely yeah that's not to say that that never ever would have been his path but i don't think it was this kind of long-term premeditated thing at all no based on dan it was like very much like things are going to be okay things are good screaming happy like you know so much fun and then you know
These moments of like, no, I'm not good.
You know, life isn't good.
Life is too hard.
There's too much responsibility I can't offer enough.
Those are the kind of things that will come up for him.
