And I told her I love all my family.

I think they all handled it amazingly and did really hard things themselves.

But there were some things that I really wouldn't have been able to do had I not accessed that, you know.

Like there was a time where my dad had kind of called me and he was like, look, the clothes that they picked for him, like you can see the ligature marks on his neck.

And I had to go up, I got my makeup kit and I had to go down and try and cover it up because it wasn't, you know.

you don't you're not able to do those kind of things unless you've accessed something and isn't the human brain amazing isn't whatever essence we're made of amazing like whatever carried me through that I am so glad of it because we were all in our own stages and I'm not sure who else in that moment could have done that you know yeah but and again that's not the credit to me it's the credit whatever way my system jumped up a gear but that's what I was able to handle because of it you know I think we're capable of incredible things you know yeah yeah

I'm not like coasting through with that whatever that was.

I feel like I have two kids now.

He would have been the best uncle ever.

That's all very hard in its own right.

I just thankfully have the support, the tools, the knowledge to kind of help me when that comes up and I feel it.

And I will feel it and I want to feel it for the rest of my life because that's my bond with Dan.

And I never want to lose it, whatever that looks like.

Yeah, interesting actually you ask that, right, because I spoke earlier about how important it is to find a connection, keep the bond up.

So I think like on the lead up to my wedding last year, it was like party, party, party, like, because he was wild.
