And it's funny because I actually heard a clip of you being like, it's like, you know, when your baby's getting older and you're like, oh, no, look how big they've gotten.

what that time because you know yourself time doesn't changes when you when you grieve but it was only when I was approaching his age this year that I was like okay I think Aaron you need to be a bit realistic about the link between alcohol and suicide and his especially because it was only in the inquest I'm like out here now pregnant by the way in in the inquest reading out like all of his statements but it was only in the inquest when they spoke about his alcohol levels that I was like oh

we were waiting to hear drugs we were like not drugs he was definitely on like some kind of drugs no drugs alcohol and I was like but it's just alcohol and it was only after that I learned like oh my god like up to 50% of deaths in Ireland involve alcohol like in the system do you know like it's by suicide really yeah so for this year while we share an age I vowed to have no alcohol so I've been off alcohol this year just to honour him in that way it had to look different for me this year and just to feel whatever I needed to feel like a healthy way wow
