It's like, how do I make meaning?
And we make meaning by somehow continuing a bond with them.
This is how I do it with him.
And like the research shows that if you can bring them into whatever, and I'm just going to look different for everyone and depending on the relationship with the person, but bringing them in, honoring them, having new rituals, new ways you remember them.
I mean, honestly, anytime I find myself really skitting laughing at like a joke that I probably wouldn't say in public, it's him, you know, like I have so many ways where I feel my son is just the image of him and reminds me of him in so many ways, you know, so there's loads of lovely ways where Dan is still all around me seeing a Dolly Parton thing before I come in here.
Speaking about him now with you, I'm just so grateful.
Everything that he's brought into my life because of conversations about him, he's everywhere.

Yeah, so I'm kind of back and forth because I'm expanding the practice at the moment.
We have two play therapists coming on board.

I kind of trade myself with like Lauren Golden Psychotherapy, but I'm probably going to shift that.
