They're still exhausting because they're three day events and you are on your feet all day for like seventeen hours a day.

It is intense and there's so many moving parts and you have to be on the whole time.

So to avoid burnout, particularly across those weekends, one of the things I've actually done as a business owner is kind of split shift my team.

And we implemented that last season and that worked really nicely.

So instead of putting a certain amount of team on for the whole day and everyone then coming back the next day and doing the whole day and being utterly exhausted, I now have a team that will come in sort of like

I don't know, depends on the event, but let's say eight AM but they'll then finish at

ten PM and the second team might come in at ten, eleven, twelve, and then they'll stay to the end of the day.

So I kind of phase

everybody's start and end times so that hopefully most people are doing twelve, sometimes thirteen hours, you know, it's events, they are long days.

I will typically stay longer because I can't help myself and I feel like I have to be the last person off site and the last person to kind of say goodbye to the client as they leave.

Um but definitely phasing the team kind of start and finish times has really helped.

Another thing that we do is that if we've worked an event that's a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, everybody has Monday off.

They are not required to be back in the office.

We are taking the day off.
