So Ruth, so you recently published this really fantastic paper in JAMA internal medicine, Association of Nursing Home.
Organizational cultural culture and staff perspectives with variability in advanced dementia care, the advanced study.
So so my question is why this study and why now?
How did this how did this project get get launched?
So you so you have kind of a very interesting methodology to this um to this study.
I wonder um if you could just just touch on that.
I wanna I know we want to spend a little more time on findings, but just because it was very unique setup with
you know, um figuring out the the high use facilities within the low use regions and the
low the high use, the low use facilities within the high use regions.
And so just how you thought about um approaching that and what was um surprising or not surprising about how those factors, system level factors kind of interacted.

And that was like a pretty recent policy change, right?
Where they started measuring 30 day rehospitalizations.
Carolyn, I remember when you were getting your um impact study launched and all of a sudden there was um just a lot of interest in how to integrate.
Calcare so you could reduce these thirty day admissions.
