You're still going to be here.

All of that stuff.

is politics.

And it's the dirty part of politics that people hate.

And they're right to hate on it.

But we are talking about human beings here and human beings that may have been embarrassed or have hurt feelings.

And then what do hurt people do?

They hurt people.

All of this stuff needs to be examined and all of it.

And in the history of Chicago and county and state politics in this particular state, these are all things that one should know before dipping their toe in it.

And my biggest criticism of Kevin is that he kind of thought he would just charm his way around it without actually doing the work of the politics.

And the politics is dirty and I hate it as much as you do.

But if you're trying to get this type of stuff done, some of this stuff you have to do.

And some of it's just simple.

Hey, let's talk to lawmakers who actually have skin in the game and we can ask them what it is they need and how we can develop this.

You've been communicating.

I've been communicating this for a couple of years now.

That's the original sin of this.

And that's where I do have some sympathy for Kevin.
