As we stand today, and I like to put lots of debt markets together because they're all absolutely intertwined.
Conditions in current markets are healthy, robust.
So you're definitely seeing some negative press in the papers.
But whether you're on the investment grade end in the bond market, whether you are in institutional bank type lending, whether you're in private credit or down in solicitor's mortgage funds, market conditions remain fairly healthy, relatively robust.
There is lots of liquidity.
So across all these markets, we might have seen a small pullback from the back end of last year in terms of credit appetite, but there is plenty of liquidity.

In that respect, I deem that to be the site of a healthy market.
One of the really important parts of that is that if there are troubles at the moment, there's absolutely the ability to refinance them.
I think the question though really is what's going to happen.
