Largely, yes, but I definitely think we're going to see a few winners and losers come through.

As in any market, be you buying real assets or debt for real assets,

Whenever there's volatility, there's winners and losers.

And if you can be on the right side of some of those trades, you're going to be advantaged.

But however, I definitely think we're going to see a little bit of some pockets of distress coming through in certain areas.

What is it you're after as an investor?

And obviously speak to your financial advisor.

Are you a retiree?

Are you looking for income?

Are you earlier in your career and you're looking for capital growth?

So how much risk are you willing to take?

So they're the starting questions.

It's the same as any other investment.

Do you want to play the index and invest in EFT, therefore maybe go into a really big port fund?

Do you think you'll back some of your own decisions?

Therefore, you might want to invest in individual mortgages, which is largely the fund that we have.

So you need to understand what you want to do.

So that's the starting point.
