So I think to avoid some of those issues.

So firstly, there is a very important question.

Do you want to invest in a pooled fund where you don't make the decisions?

Or do you want to invest in individual mortgages where you do have a lot more transparency?

There, you actually get to make the decision, transparency, discretion, better levels of information on each individual investment.

But obviously, you don't get the diversification then.

So, wrap them all up, decide what you want to do.

And then I think if you look for the characteristics of a good fund manager, it's one that's been around for a long period of time.

It's one that offers solid amounts of information out to help you with your decisions, so the transparency of information.

I think there's a bit of a decision around whether you participate with an institutional type manager, where you have strong institutional governance, or whether you go into one of the smaller boutiques, which are often called founder-led, so the founders are in those businesses.

So I think they're the questions you need to consider.

But if anything, you are spoiled for choice as an investor.

There are many different options out there.

And that's probably one of the problems that there are so many different participants in market you can invest with.

And we're actually going to see some distress, as I said earlier, in the coming months.

But also there's going to be some good opportunities to earn excess return.

So picking the right manager is important.
