So that's interesting that you would try to wake up and you couldn't.
So the lucid dreaming, back to that, you're asking me about the hands.
Okay, so that's a little technique that you can do when you become lucid and you want to stay in the dream.
You find a focal point like your hands or a plant in the corner or something to focus on and it kind of anchors
your mind in that in-between state.
Because when you're lucid, you're awake and you're asleep at the same time.
About once a month, I can become lucid.
