So you'd be silly not to take that on board.

Then there's other people that, you know, have comments around the game that you may not know or you may not agree with what they're saying.

So you put that to the side and you block out.

what they're talking about.

But, you know, there'd be pieces of gold from everyone, and in particular people that have been on that stage, people that have been at that level.

So you'd be mad not to sort of hear what they've got to say.

Not that you have to agree with it all the time, but there are things that people say that you go, yep, you're right, because you're wrong.

And it's not about admitting you're right or wrong, but it's about learning.

I'm not thinking about myself.

I'm thinking about how do I get this team to where they need to be and if I've got to go from here to there because I've got that one wrong, well, that's what I've got to do.

It is because you like to listen to advice and sometimes the more you listen to it can confuse you.

But ultimately, I had final say.

And we had to make some big decisions throughout the series.

And I think we blooded nine new guys this year.

And they're big calls to make.

But I always get back to what is best for the team and what we need.

And it's not about personalities.
