I go back to the trade deadline where they traded major pieces of their team, namely James Harden to Cleveland, and they traded Evita Zouk.
We're seeing a flurry of transactions happen, right?
And you know what's interesting?
Chris Paul was traded.
He was traded to the Toronto Raptors.
That means that the Raptors and Clippers, they executed a trade that involved a major figure, even though Chris wasn't that player this year.
And he won't be ever again because he announced his retirement.
But these two teams executed a trade together.
Right.
Something that the Clippers needed to do because they were like, we need to get Chris Paul off of our books so someone else can waive him.
The Raptors were the team to waive him.
That is Chris Paul's final transaction as an NBA player.
So while this wave of transaction were going, you know what the NBA could have done?
Probably should have done months before even February's trade deadline is say NBA teams, including Kawhi Leonard, the team that we are investigating currently.
If you were to trade Kawhi Leonard's contract, being that he is an NBA player and that contract can be used for services for any team currently for the Clippers, just know that this is what is going down right now.
The NBA has not, they didn't do it before then.
They didn't do it at the trade deadline.
The Clippers executed a bunch of moves.
They executed two draft night trades.
They have signed players, agreed to other trades.
